Fall 2027 申请流程 / Application

Application - 2027年入学预计/已公布申请窗口：2026年9月1日至12月1日；门户打开时再次确认。Expected/published application window for 2027 entry: Sep 1-Dec 1, 2026; reconfirm when the portal opens.
- 预筛
Prescreen - 在 2026 年 12 月 1 日之前随申请提交试奏视频。Submit audition video with the application by Dec 1, 2026.
- 终试
Final audition - 入围申请人参加新加坡的现场 YST 沉浸式课程，通常在一月份； 2027 年确切日期待定。Shortlisted applicants attend the in-person YST Immersion in Singapore, usually in January; exact 2027 dates TBA.
- 远程政策
Remote option - 不可以：表示当前流程下的最终沉浸。预筛是远程的，但入围的申请人将前往新加坡。NO for the final Immersion under the current process. Prescreen is remote, but shortlisted applicants travel to Singapore.
- IELTS
- 特殊例外：YST 通常没有公布固定的雅思最低成绩；英语交流在沉浸式学习期间进行评估，新加坡国立大学可能会根据具体情况要求提供证据。SPECIAL EXCEPTION: no fixed IELTS minimum is normally published for YST; English communication is assessed during Immersion and NUS may request evidence case by case.
试奏曲目 / Audition Repertoire
预筛 / Prescreen
- 两首对比鲜明的军鼓独奏/练习曲，展示基本原理和卷轴。Two contrasting Snare Drum solos/etudes, showing fundamentals and rolls.
- 一个两槌或四槌键盘打击乐独奏。One two-mallet or four-mallet Keyboard Percussion solo.
- 自选一首关于定音鼓、架子鼓、民族/手打击乐器或其他打击乐器的作品。One free-choice work on Timpani, Drum Set, ethnic/hand percussion or another percussion instrument.
终试 / Final Audition
- 准备完整的现场表演和辅导预筛程序。Prepare the complete prescreen programme for live performance and coaching.
- 沉浸式学习期间预计将进行合奏活动、采访、音乐才能/听觉作品以及英语交流评估。Expect ensemble activities, interview, musicianship/aural work and assessment of English communication during Immersion.
